Our History

Alec Model was Co- founded in 2019 by Aivin Liu, – a finishing technicist and Zhihuan Wen - a mechanical engineer, they lead this small company into a leading international manufacturer.

With the development of the company, Alec Model added more advanced equipments such as SLS, SLA rapid prototyping machines and CNC machines with multiaxis and lathes, and continued to optimize the production process to increase production capacity. Besides, we focuses on talent introduction and training, providing employees with diverse learning and development opportunities to maintain its leading position in the industry.

Now, Alec Model will continue to be driven by technological innovation and quality service to meet the needs of global customers, and has become a leading international manufacturer.

 

 

Founded in 2019, Alec Model is located in Bao 'an District of Shenzhen, close to both Shenzhen Airport and Hong Kong Airport, covering an area of more than 2,600 square meters. There are 6 manufacturing zones including CNC machining zone, sheet metal making zone, manual work zone, polishing and finishing zone, quality management zone, engineering and project management zone, which can meet the production needs of various precision parts. In terms of quality control, we adhere to the "quality is the lifeline", the implementation of the whole process of quality control, from the procurement of raw materials, into the factory acceptance, to each link in the production process, and even the strict inspection of the finished product before the factory, there are specialized technicians responsible for and detailed records. Sampling inspection is carried out on each batch of products to ensure that its dimensional accuracy, appearance quality and others are in line with quality standards.
